INSTITUTIONAL PRIVACY NOTICE OF THE LEGAL ENTITY NAMED “TIERRA LIBRE, HOME SCHOOL, CIVIL ASSOCIATION,” A LEGAL ENTITY REFERRED TO HEREIN AS “THE ASSOCIATION.”

This Privacy Notice is addressed to users of the website, social media accounts, and document viewers of “TIERRA LIBRE, HOME SCHOOL, CIVIL ASSOCIATION.” Parents with children enrolled in “THE ASSOCIATION” have signed a specific Privacy Notice from THE ASSOCIATION, which certifies that they have been provided with all information, documentation related to the Association’s internal regulations, and rules of conduct.

“THE ASSOCIATION’S INSTITUTIONAL PRIVACY NOTICE for the general public reads as follows:

“COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE OF “TIERRA LIBRE, HOME SCHOOL”, CIVIL ASSOCIATION.”

A. INFORMATION REGARDING THE IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE LEGAL ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION.

The legal entity responsible for the personal data you provide is “TIERRA LIBRE, HOME SCHOOL”, ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL (Civil Association hereinafter referred to as “THE ASSOCIATION”) with registered address at Calle Soliman 29, Puerto Aventuras, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, Zip Code 77733.

The individual responsible for the management and administration of the information is Ms. CHLOE JADE DUHAMEL GOMEZ, who can be reached at the address indicated in the previous paragraph.

B. PERSONAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE ASSOCIATION.

THE ASSOCIATION maintains a file on parents, students, members, and third parties related to legal acts executed in connection with the performance of THE ASSOCIATION’s educational activities. For this purpose, it will collect and manage personal identification data, personal contact information, and some personal financial information, in cases where the parent chooses to automatically charge the payment of fees and donations to their credit or debit card.

Likewise, for the purposes of fulfilling the primary and necessary purposes indicated in this notice, THE ASSOCIATION will, where applicable, carefully safeguard the sensitive personal data of minors enrolled in the educational institution.

C). MAIN PURPOSES OF THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

THE ASSOCIATION will process the personal data of clients and third parties for the following primary purposes:

a) To register them in the organization’s database.

b) To contact the parent and inform them about the activities and interactions of “THE ASSOCIATION,” and about the internal academic and administrative processes that the educational institution has in relation to requests and monitoring the performance of the child(ren) of the “parent.” FAMILY.”

c) To manage donation and dues payments for “THE FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE FAMILY.”

d) To manage personal access to THE ASSOCIATION’s facilities and offices.

e) For the electronic management of data in THE ASSOCIATION’s systems and technological resources.

f) For billing and collection purposes.

g) For contact in case of emergency.

D. COMPLEMENTARY PURPOSES OF THE USE OF INFORMATION.

Likewise, THE ASSOCIATION will use your personal information for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the administration and management of ordinary operations, but which enable the association to provide you with better service:

a) Sending information about informational meetings and events of interest to “THE FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE FAMILY,” and invitations to special events about the institution’s educational function in general, and about Waldorf education and the Anthroposophy that may be of interest to “THE FATHER”.

b) To conduct surveys and evaluations to improve the quality of the educational services and care offered by THE ASSOCIATION.

c) To report on the holding of scientific, educational, cultural, and social outreach events organized by THE ASSOCIATION.

d) If THE FATHER does not wish his or her personal data to be processed for any or all of the complementary purposes, he or she may notify us at any time after the delivery of this notice by emailing casatierralibre@gmail.com.

The lack of authorization for the use of THE FATHER’s personal data for complementary purposes will in no way result in the denial of any service or request to “THE FATHER” or even in the termination of the existing legal relationship with THE ASSOCIATION.

E. NO TRANSFER OF INFORMATION.

THE ASSOCIATION does not transfer personal data of “THE FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE FAMILY” to third parties for any purpose.

F. ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.

The parent or anyone legally representing their rights may exercise any of their rights of access, rectification, erasure, or objection (hereinafter “ARCO rights”), as well as revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data, by sending an email to THE ASSOCIATION’s Personal Data Management Department at casatierralibre@gmail.com.

The parent may at all times obtain information regarding the procedures, requirements, and deadlines for exercising their ARCO rights and/or revoking their consent by sending the same email.

G. LIMITATION AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA.

“THE PARENT” shall have the right to limit the use or disclosure of his or her personal data by sending his or her request to THE ASSOCIATION at the email address specified above for the additional purposes detailed above. If the request is successful, “THE PARENT” will be added to THE ASSOCIATION’s restriction and exclusion list.

H. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

THE ASSOCIATION will notify you of any changes to its privacy notice through the website http://www.tierralibre.mx, and subsequently by email to the address indicated by “THE PARENT.”

Any changes to the privacy notice must be communicated to “THE PARENT” via the email address provided by the PARENT in person at the time of communicating this notice, with acknowledgment of receipt.

I. GUARANTEE ON THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

THE ASSOCIATION guarantees all inquiries that the privacy notice disclosed herein to the data subject will be respected at all times by its staff or by third parties with whom it may have a legal relationship.

J. PROCEDURE FOR THE DATA SUBJECT TO REVOKE THEIR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA, IF APPLICABLE.

The “parent” may revoke consent for the processing of their personal data at any time.

Your request must include your name, address, email address, and telephone number and must be sent by email to casatierralibre@gmail.com.

K. COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES.

“THE ASSOCIATION” declares that it does not use Cookies, Web Beacons, or similar technologies to track information about “THE FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE FAMILY” or third parties who access its website or send emails. Therefore, it does not collect user data, except for data sent by email to request reports from THE ASSOCIATION itself.

L. METHODS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA.

In cases where the personal data of “THE FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE FAMILY” has been obtained indirectly from its owner, and the data comes from a consented transfer or one in which consent is not required pursuant to Article 37 of the Law on the subject; or from a publicly accessible source, “THE ASSOCIATION” makes the privacy notice available upon first contact with the owner; If the processing does not require contact with the data subject, THE ASSOCIATION must inform the data subject of the privacy notice prior to using the personal data for the respective purpose.

M. CONSENT AND RECORD OF READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE TERMS OF THE NOTICE.

Reading this instrument confirms that it has been satisfactorily disclosed to the applicant, and that its scope and content have been explained to their complete satisfaction.

The applicant is aware that, given the nature of Waldorf education, the institution offers courses without official recognition.
